How can Comcast Internet compare to Verizon FiOS?
-
On Verizon's website, they say that their Basic FiOS Internet plan features a download speed of 15 Mbps. Why would people get FiOS for that speed, if Comcast can give you speeds of up to 20 Mbps with a cable modem, for about the same price?
-
Answer:
I have FIOS & paid for the top speed. It was a waste of money most websites dont operate at those speeds. Given speed only there is no difference really. Look at price. Whats the good of driving a car capable of going 300 miles per hour if you are stuck in rush hour traffic?
