Why can't my TI-84 Plus connect to my computer?

Cant connect to internet on new computer?

i've just bought a new computer (desktop), i had to download vista and all the other software like adobe reader etc. but my computer doesn't have wireless built in. so i bought a wireless adapter to plug into the usb. after installing the adapter i can now pick up my wireless router. BUT... when i try to connect to my router it says that its an unsecure connection. i then choose the option connect anyway. but its says it cannot conect for an unknown reason.. it may say that its an unsecure connection but i have another computer and my ps3 connected to it so i dont understand.
Answer:

You really need to check with your internet provider as I have had the same problem but it could also be linked with the fact that the USB adapters aren't that fast. If your computer is not brand new maybe the device needs to be reinstalled.
