What programs can I remove from Vista? - RealPlayer, ect.?

I'm attempting to optimize Vista (yes, I know, it's Vista), before installing Auto desk Inventor. Like, I suspect the C++ Compiliers are unnecessary. I probably don't need realPlayer, Windows Media Center, Quicktime. What stuff would you suggest uninstalling, and why? Ignore the games, I'll deal with those. :D Also, computer specs: MS Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit SP2 Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz, 6.06GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 3400 Series Current have 67 Processes running. (I would like it to be like 30), Also, on startup: Adobe ARM ANIWZCS2Service D-Link D-Link RangeBooster N DWA-140 mcui_exe RtHDVCpl SunJavaUpdateSched Windows Defender WZCSLDR2 I think that's OKish. Anyway, any ideas, ect. that you have would be much appreciated. Also, please explain why, I want to learn!
