Why cant i connect to the ps3 network? My ps3 has internet connection but it wont sign in to the ps3 network.?

My internet connection for the ps3 is fine, I just cant connect to the ps3 network. I cant sign in, I cant download new patches. And the DNS error I usually get is 80710102

I turned off UPnP on both the router and the PS3 and quit having that issue....

my son had this problem as did many people. Keep disconnecting and turning off router, hub, modem etc. then turn em all on. try to reconnect again. You may need to try 20 times in a row. Then, SUDDENLY!!!! it works sorry, but that's one of Sony's little annoying attributes. good Luck! it works...... if you work it
