Windows to ubuntu internet connection sharing wont work on wireless?

i have a windows vista computer connected to dial up and its shared over lan to my wireless router. If i plug in a cable i get internet on my ubuntu laptop but i dont on wireless. the wireless connection is working properly and its set to get its ip from the vista computer but it gets no internet connection.

If it works hard wired, and not wireless, it has to be some difference between the two settings. Check that the wireless adapter is set to automatically obtain it's IP from the network. One wrong setting and that type of networks share is toast. Also - you are sharing a DIAL UP connection???? Good luck with that.
