How do I get back contact list from yahoo.com?

My yahoo email was erased because someone accused me of spamming. how can i get my email contact list back?

• a friend of mine told me about yahoo 360..she said it was an excellent way to let peeps know about my business in the memphis area...she had be promoting her business so I thought that was one of the services of yahoo 360. i made the mistake of sending info about my business to a person who is either 1. a racist or 2. a very bitter person...he sent a message back telling me how he would never visit my business and he was going to report me for spamming...i will admit that i did overreact initially but in less than 5 mins, i did apologize for not being professional....in memphis, the racial tension is pretty thick so yes i did accuse him of being a racist because i didnt see how the one message that i sent to him would cause him to NEVER visit my shop and report me....i did not read the rules and that is my fault but after his message i went back and read them and i told him that i read the rules and i was unaware of them when i joined...my friend suggested it so i just did it. bad move

  you should have made a backup of your contact list. now it's too late. in the future click on your address book. in there is a link that says import/export. download that csv file in there to your hard drive as a backup. do this atleast once a week to update you backup file. you should also make backups on some removeable disk like a cd, zip disk, floppy or whatever you have. a flash drive would be good to.
