How do I set up a wireless connection on my desktop so I can connect wireless with my laptop?

Go under: Control Panel > Network on both PC's and make sure that the workgroup names are the same. And on the router, under Wireless, make sure the SSID broadcast is enabled. Depending on the router, you will need to type in the router's address. You will find this in the User's Manual that came with the router. Ok first thing we need to make sure that is going on, is that all the software is loaded into your PC first, your going to want the wireless router CD installed on you PC, also with any other software concerning you network.
