You cannot get internet from a cable TV feed. You need a cable modem and ISP provider. The modem's MAC address has to be registered for use on their network.

The same way you install a splitter to get cable tv to 2 different tvs. The only difference is one of your outputs would go into a CABLE Modem. However, you're probably better off having your cable company do it for you. Unless you have farily decent knowledge with programming. They need to do a couple things. Hope that helps.

Its the same as a TV. accept one end got to the TV the other goes to the Cable modem (which you get from you cable provider). I have heard of "Bootleg" modems where you don't need internet service from your provider. but it is illigal. If your intrested I would just do a search for it to find more information.
