Make yourself a yahoo one and this works all over the world .. It is easy do it now log onto yahoo home page and sign up there

get web based e-mail like hot mail, yahoo or g mail. you can access it anywhere no matter what your server

Any email address provided by BT will die when the service is terminated. This is true of all ISP email systems. Using a webmail service such as Yahoo, Google or Hotmail (DON'T USE IT), will allow you to access your email from anywhere in the world, with what ever ISP you use. Except maybe china, where yahoo sells user info to the government. JBV^_^

You could copy your address book to a hotmail account if you have one.

If btinternet is one you have to pay for through your phone bill, you will lose it when you drop your phone service. You can use any free browser or e-mail service that is www. I use Netscape :( and Yahoo and changing phone companies would not affect them. My wife uses a telephone company e-mail account on Microsoft IE and if we moved would probably lose hers, while mine on the same computer would be good. Try to copy all your important contacts or send them a message cc to all of them telling them your new address
