What is good free instant messenger for Lan that doesn't require Internet ?

I am looking for a instant messenger for LAN and that doesn't require Internet (without any servers). I found couple of them which lack in some or the other functions. (like, No smileys, No support for group, doesn't minimizes to tray bar on clicking close button "x") et. al.
