How to change ip address whenever you refresh a page?

I would like to find some kind of proxy software or freeware in order to change the ip address whenever i load a new page or reload the same page. I know how to change it once and leave the same ip for every action i make, but i would like to know how to change it every time i load a page. I am using a MAC, and is hard for me to find something that is compatible with my computer.

call your ISP and ask for a dynamic ip adress it changes every 5 minutes for me
