How do I hide my IP address?

Impossible. If you're on the internet, you have an IP address. And if you use somethign like a proxy, which is what these other softwares do, then your internet will be retardedly slow and still not work correctly. And to top it off, you can still be traced.

I can't speak to the legalities that others have brought up, but there is anonymouse.org that has a free version that is somewhat slow and has a pop up ad, but they also have a paid version with no ads and it is supposedly faster. I don't know since I've never tried it. You just go to their website with no software to download.

You would need to use some sort of proxy which will lead to slower speeds and you need to do everything throw that remote ip. Pretty much everything you do to hide your ip will lead to slowe speeds. Unless of course you just find a place to search, like a cafe or library.

why are you trying to hide your I.P address. It is actually illegal.

You can hide from some web sites, but you CANNOT hide from your ISP and their logging of what you do. Period.... There is no such thing as "hiding" your IP unless you hack into someone else's network... Someone, somewhere, knows exactly who you are, and what sites you have been to (your ISP of course...) If you use an open, public wireless, you are somewhat "hidden", but then, those networks may have blocked web sites... Or, is it's an unknown, open wireless, it could ba a hacker capturing all your user ids and passwords...

As far as i know, there isn't really because of security reasons. If you tried to hack me, i wouldn't be able to trace you IP address, therefore i can sew companies that could have provided you with that type of software.

try using this proxy 219.93.178.162 port 3128 it is fast, but it maybe not working for some site, hope it helping
