How To Know Present Location Of Mobile?

How can I get the ip of a mobile device .. to know the location ?

• i have messages that were sent by a mobile device i tried 2 get the ip using outlook .. but it seems that it's not the ip of the mobile .. so .. is it possible to know .. where was the message sent from ??

  Not exactly, but approximately, it is because ip address(static) never tie with location on the globe. The relationship of ip is with the server and its registration with the authority, people who use the server that use a certain ip address could be physically far away from it. However, we can assume people say on the east coast of US will not use the server on the west coast to send email, because the email provider would set up local server for the user in the proximity to raise the quality of its service. Besides, there is pattern the certain ip address, e.g. 207.229.71.233 the 1st 3 number 207 is more often a ip address start of those in US, only we can't say for sure is in US nowhere else. click the email and go to its menu, file, view, message options, in a big window you see a log of text other then the original message, try to locate the ip address in the line started with Receive from, copy it and use the following link to check the server location, it will tell the city and country where the origin email server are. http://www.ip2location.com/demo.aspx Hope this helps.
