How To Use Omegle With Proxy?

I am under institute proxy(port 80).How can I use torrents to download from web?

• I am in India.i use net under institute proxy(port 80).Net speed is 34 Mbps.everything is fine and I can download anything directly from net but I can`t use p2p sharing,i.e. torrents.I tried many torrent clients(Bit lord,Azeurus,u torrent,bit torrent etc.),but remained unable to download anything.Some of them support proxy,but either I was not able to configure them properly,or there was something else.Our proxy requires authenctinction.Though Azeurus asks for user and password,after entering,nothing happens.In all of them,nothing happens once the process starts.I have heared about http tunnel and socks.What are they?I alos think that they are illegal in our insti.Leave this leagel point.Just tell me if there is any way to use torrents under proxies.I will be very thankful to you.But if u r able 2 tell any other way than http tunnel or socks,tell me that one first please.Otherwise tell me how to use http tunnel and socks.There was also an e border driver for utorrent.What is that?
