Go to start, then click on control panel, once you're in control panel click on Network and Internet Connections, then click on Internet Options, then where it says you current home page delete that and type in your new website you want for your home page.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, go under File and make sure that the option, which is worded something like, "Offline Browsing" or "Browse in Offline Mode" is unchecked. If it is, try typing different things in the address bar. If that is not working, I suggest that perhaps your Internet connection needs some TLC on that laptop. Try repairing it, and unplugging/replugging the wire. If it's wireless, go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager and see if you can find your network card. Try disabling it and then enabling it and then try connecting to the Internet on it again. If that does not work, try getting the drivers for your Internet card and updating them.

Well first go to At&t.com and once our at the home page. go look on your tool bar(ontop of the web browser) and look for the House icon. Click the arrow next to it and you should see something that says Add or Change home page. once you click that and box will pop up asking you would you like to put At&t as your home page. select whatever you want and click ok. and that's that. tada.=]
