We have 3 computers. How do I connect them all to home network & allow file sharing, etc and share a printer?
-
All 3 computers are running Windows. One laptop is Windows 7, the other laptop is Windows Vista, and the desktop is running XP (home edition, I think) They are all connected to the internet through the modem/router, but how to allow file sharing between the different Windows versions, and also how to use the printer that is connected to the desktop on the other computers. I have heard you can do this if they are all connected to the network. The printer is not a wireless one, but shows up on the desktop as shared, but doesnt show up on the other computers.
