What does it mean when you yahoo account is disabled?

I always hear of suspension and I emailed yahoo because I cannot access my account and they said disabled.. any clues? I have one of those too. It means you can never log into it .. not even to check your emails or anything and the account just sits there on Yahoo Answers with your picture on it for the rest of eternity. It's Yahoo Hell. Nothing to fear. We're immortals. Oh yeah.. it is different to suspended... if your account is suspended you just can't access Yahoo Answers... but if it is disabled... whoa.... you are locked out of that account! I sometimes go and look at mine (from the outside) to see all the nice questions and answers I had... lol.

It's the same thing as suspended. What I want to know, is why do they say "suspended". Suspended usually means "temporarily". But we all know that once you're suspended on Y!A, that your account is gone for good. I think they should send you an "annihilation email" rather than a suspension notice.
