How do i find out what kind of video card i have on my computer?

FIRST: Like many people said, go to start -> run -> type DXDIAG, and then click on the DISPLAY tab. SECOND (important): If what you want to know is if your pc will run the game, go to: http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/srtest/ Select "The Sims 3" from the drop down list and click "can you run it". The site will analyze your pc and tell you if it will run the game. It will also tell you everything you need to know about your video card, not just the name of it. in the run box in windows, type in DXDIAG and then go to the display tab

go to start menu accesories command prompt and type dxdiag and hit the display tab and itll say chip type
