How do I get webcam effects on my computer?

How do you get sound effects on your computer?

• My old computer had a lot of cool sound effects like reverb and concert hall or it could make it sound like you're underwater. It was installed with a Realtek audio driver. I know that you can't change audio drivers but my new computer doesn't have any of those effects. I was wondering if it would be possible to get effects like that without having to buy a new computer. I already know about Audacity. But that won't work because the main program I use is Finale and Audacity won't take .mus files. Plus I like to hear my compositions with lots of reverb. It makes them sound better :) P.S. For those who you don't know, Finale is a music composition program that lets you write music. Audacity is like a music editor/recording system that lets you edit tracks and do all sorts of things like add reverb, phaser, wawa, change pitch, etc....
