How do you set just a general macro on your keyboard?

Is it possible to set up a keyboard macro to type in Al Bhed rather than in English?

• For example, if I press the 'a' key, 'y' will come up on my screen. If I press 'b', 'p' will come up on my screen, and so on and so forth. The Al Bhed cipher is as follows, if you do not know: English=Al Bhed A=Y, B=P, C=L, D=T, E=A, F=V, G=K, H=R, I=E, J=Z, K=G, L=M, M=S, N=H, O=U, P=B, Q=X, R=N, S=C, T=D, U=I, V=J, W=F, X=Q, Y=O, Z=W I just get tired of using translators is all, any help would be appreciated.

  If it would be possible then it you will have to do it like so: Start || Control Panel || Regional and Language || Languages Tab || Details Button || Installed Services - Add Button - See if it is in there if not you may have to install it from the XP Disk or from Microsofts web site. I don't know much about all the language options offered, but I do know that is how you get them changed on the key board. You also have the option of the keyboard switch with a Language Toolbar that will be placed next to your right side applications on the tool bar. OMG! now that I've searched your language I see that it is the offical language of Final Fantasy game play.... So everything I posted is moot point. BLAHHH...... LMAO that is funny.
