What are good and realistic sniper games for PC?

Im having FPS problems with my gaming PC, and ive tried everything i know to fix it.?

• This is my system Asus M4N68T-M V2 Motherboard AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz G-skill sniper 2x4G DDR3 Sapphire Radion HD6790 1G 256bit GDDR5 - Running 2 screens Extreme gear 700 watt PSU 1TB HDD / 500 GB HDD CD drive 5 case fans, and Lighting It did have a nvidia gts 450 GPU in it but i switched it out with the radion. I play all my games on max settings at 1920 x 1080 resolution. I was playing World of warcraft and its not a real damanding game and I was running around 39 fps and sometimes drops to around 19. When I play Battle field 2, or Dirt 3 there is no lag or FPS problems. I ran some benchmark tests with meters on everything and during the benchmark tests that were supposed to push my computer but the only my cpu was maxxed and only for a second. I checked all my drivers and they are up to date. I was thinking its all bottlenecking somewhere in my system or somethings Itsnt running as efficient as it should. I have alot of knowledge of building PC's but maybe theres something im over looking so if someone has serious oppinions about what it could be i would appreciate your knowledge. Thanks

  Your CPU and Video card are not powerful enough to run WoW at those settings. You should turn them to High settings, not Ultra and reduce the AA. WoW has had major upgrades to its graphics capabilities and has always been a CPU hog so if your in a 25 man raid or experiencing a lot of environmental effects expect bad frame rates at those settings.
