What should i do for the video card to be detected?

Built in Video Card not detected!?

  • I have two video cards but I think both of them are built-in The Video cards are: s3 ProSavageDDR 430 and Intel Graphics Controller My computer said that I have two video cards but physically I can only see the built-in one! My Guess is it's the Intel Graphics Controller. The Problem is: 1. s3 prosavageddr430 is not connected (Code 45) so I think it dozen't exist in my Computer. 2. Intel Graphics Controller Cannot start. Maybe it dozen't have power but it is connected. It is Built in. my questions are: 1. Why is my computer displaying s3 prosavageddr 430 on the device manager but I don't have the video card? 2. Why dozen't my computer cannot start the other video card but it is built-in?

  • Answer:

Gotta have the driver for the S3 video card.OR a corupt driver. What is your bios set for? Does it have AGP or just PCI or PcI express? Might have to go into the Bios and check it....Do you know anymore about your computer? Brand? Model? Revision? The board number?Post that info and maybe you'll get a better answer!
