Which should be used after messing up clustered index? Update statistics, Reindex or Reorganize?

Can't update Radeon HD 5770 card?

• Basically, I used to have this problem: See here - http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AtK11uijn4pl15Oi_3Rpbn7h5gt.;_ylv=3?qid=20100626190909AAu1W4c Now I have it back as a re-installed my windows and reset everything so basically: My video card stops working when I am watching things like movies or shows (I think it may be the graphical demand), The screen goes black and I basically have to restart my computer to get it back to work. It just stays as a black screen and it is trying to return to how it was but it cannot.. As the solution of updating my graphics card worked for me last time I tried it this time but when I try to update my graphics card it doesnt update instead it turns my computer into a bad resolution with a 2 inch thick black border around my screen :/. I think it may uninstall my radeon card when I try update it or something along the lines of that :(.
