How To Load An Activity In A fragment?

Can anyone help me figure out my graphics card Activity issue?

• I have a Sapphire Toxic Radeon HD 6850 1GB, for some reason when playing games like WoW, I have noticed using the AMD VISION Engine Control Centre, that the activity of my Graphics card is on 0%, and as a result of this I get low FPS. However sometimes when I load the game up the activity of my Graphics Card is around 50% and I get abut 40FPS. I also have the 11.10 driver. Can anyone help me figure out what the issue is and how i can fix it?, preferably without buying a new Graphics Card as when it is active it works, but I would like to know why it doesn't have any activity some times.

  Ok same question was posted 20 minutes ago . Why don't you do some serious trouble shooting? Restart the computer Restore the default setting from the control center Run other games (other than wow and black ops and see if its waw problem) Check that the card is properly installed and secured in your mother board Try it on a different system to see if it's faulty
