What should I put on this CD?

What do I buy to store a movie saved on one computer to be put on my computer? DVD+R?DVD-R? CD-R?

OK here's what I want to do. Since my computer is slow my friend downloaded the Dark Knight from his computer on limewire. What I want to do is use is some kind of memory storage cd or whatever to store it in there and take it to my computer put in the computer and save the movie in there that way I can import it to Windows Movie Maker that way I can edit the movie the way I want and put it in my PS3 to play it. Ive hear of DVD+R, DVD-R, CD+R, and CD+R? So what do I buy from Best Buy, can anyone help?!?!!!

DVD+R and DVD-R, they hld more space than CD+R

DVD-R is more likely to be successfull. DVD+R will burn faster. they'll both work alright for a movie.
