Is there a way to put a password on an external hard drive?
-
I want to make is so that when i plug my external hard drive into my computer you need a password to get to the things on it. Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer:
You need to copy TrueCrypt to your drive and create a secure file container. You will need to mount this container using TrueCrypt (where it will ask for the password), and it will then show up as another drive in "My Computer".
