Is the CPU Usage History in Task Manager the number of Cores my computer has?
-
Curious about the CPU usage History on the Windows task manager..and the performance portion of task manager in general.
-
Answer:
"Performance" windows shows the # of cores, as well as any HT threads. That is, a Core i7-9xx will show 8 windows, 4 for the 4 cores, and 4 for the 4 HT threads in the same processor.
