Blue static on computer screen?

HELP MY COMPUTER! blue screen of death what do I do?

  • I have a windows 2000 computer and I was on a website and it completely screwed up my computer i restarted a few times and I couldn't get into anything because it was "infected" and i kept getting error messages and eventualy it turned itself off and has the blue screen of death with the error code: STOP: 0x000000ED (0x87362030,0xc0000006,0x00000000,0x0000… What do i do? I need this computer It has all my important files, it wont let me start it normally or in any safe modes and I need all the stuff that was on it, how do i fix it? I only have my laptop left (the one im using) and i dont have any of the files I needed on it waht do i do?? also when i was mmorpging it would sometimes shut off and like explode or shoot smoke but it never blew itself apart and i could turn it on afterward but now i can only get the blue screen, and it says its unbootable on it and booting didnt work and I need this computer theres nothing else i have!! also can i get my notpad files off of there? because right before it shut off i got a message on some people trying to get into my computer with their Ip address and what file they were trying to get into and i saved it in notepad, i would like to get those Ip adresses and turn them in but will I be able to get them? please help me I NEED THIS COMPUTER PLEASE HELP!!! Please and Thank you!! (p.s. i am using my crappy laptop to write this not my broken computer)

    Sounds like bad hardware, typically your hard drive. Get a new hard drive and also get an external hard drive converter kit and use that to hook up you busted hard drive and retrieve all of the files through it. And install you new hard drive into the computer and reinstall windows. I would suggest getting a newer computer. Windows 2000 is pretty outdated and you might run into more problems down the road with compatibility issues. So my best suggestion is to get a new computer and an external hard drive conversion kit to retrieve all of your old files.

ok well you have to either send your computer in for repairs or format unfortuneatly you cannot save the stuff unless you put the hdd in another computer and copy the files
