How do you rotate your computer screen?

How do i invert my computer screen? (NOT Rotate) (NOT Flip) (Mirror)?

  • I have meticulously search google, and there are countless people with the same question, but no answers to be found. i'm sure every one of those people would be grateful if you don't waist our time with the "Alt + Ctrl + Down Arrow" solution as the problem is not that simple. I have filtered through countless answers on other forums where people misunderstand the question. We want to invert the screen, NOT FLIP IT UPSIDE DOWN OR SIDEWAYS. It should be possible to read it in a MIRROR. If i find a solution elsewhere i will promptly post it here <3

You might be trying to simulate a teleprompter. The image comes out on the screen as a mirror image. I used a Proprompter software to achieve that.

The reason you're getting bad answers is because "invert" means to flip upside down (ie rotate 180 degrees). What you want is a mirror image, which is called exactly that: "mirroring". Anyway, there's no way to do this without a special program or something and sadly I know of no such device asside from a physical mirror that would do this for you.

Your graphics card would first have to support that... Your monitor might need some support on that as well.... Currently I don't know if what you're looking for exists. Typically Mirror tricks are done with mirrors, so... get to planning because I don't know of any software off hand that openly supports or does what you're looking to do.
