WHERE CAN I GET A BROKEN PAIR OF HEADPHONES FIXED?i??(ONLY PLASTIC PART IS BROKEN???)?
-
My mom JUST got a new pair of headphones that she wanted for A YEAR and they were really expensive and they broke the second day she got them!!! I want them fixed as quickly as possible and I'm worried on how long it will take to have them sent in and fixed by the actually company. The only thing that broke was the plastic adjustable piece were the headphones can be moved to the side and stuff(like in the very bottom part holding the circle stereo things on). I need that part to be mended so that they can be worn again... the plastic is the only part that is broken. How much would it cost and where could i get it done??? PLEASE HELP!! could an auto place mend it or something??? please help!!! thank you!!! =( any suggestions would be great!!!

I suggest you mend it yourself with a hot glue gun. Would be much cheaper. Your only other option is to buy a new pair. You should have returned it for exchange if it broke after only two days.

Well I've worked in retail forever, and you definately could just bring them back to the place where they were purchased, hopefully you have the box and everything... the retailer should be pretty could about damaged merchandise, clearly it was defective, make sure to say that word... lol otherwise you might have to go through the vendor of the actual head phones... who ever the maker is, which would probably cost you a shipping fee to send it to them, and then they'd send it back... all you'd have to do is look in the manual for the customer service number and address... there should be a section in there with phone numbers to call about warranty info

hm i doubt they were very expensive if they broke 2 days after but if this is true then of course take them back for an exchange

A 5 min plastic adhesive should do or take it back with a receipt-matey.
