How to animate a gif for a very simple loading screen?

My pc always restarts at windows loading screen..HELP!?

  • I have totally reinstalled windows to rule out a virus attack and the CPU fan is also functioning well to rule out overheating. but my pc keeps restarting for several times at windows loading screen until finally its ok. after it passes the windows loading screen it never restarts once in windows. only when i start for the first time after few hours etc it starts restarting about 4 seconds into the windows loading screen. what could be this problem. what could be the problem?

    I had the same problem with my Dell.. It turned out to be the motherboard. luckily it was still under waranty.

YES... the same thing happened to me. only way of fixing it is reinstalling windows.. sorry. also, DO NOT edit any of you're drivers or switch of the cpu with the button, do it from start menu. this will prevent this happening again and could also be the reason :)

there must be something wrong with your CPU. take it to someone and have it checked. there must be a part that must be replaced or something. and add some anti-spyware. there must be something that causes it to behave that way. try he technician. it would really help.Ü

You might have a faulty install of windows, or you might be pulling to much power from your power supply and causing it to cycle.

registry problems. when you loaded the CD did it tell you there were corrupt files? that could be your problem. otherwise you might need a new motherboard.
