    dont mind i also tried this pen drive thing by making boot pendrive. the truth is when you will be copying files of xp it will take hours and hours to copy.this is only with xp but if u do it with vista or 7 it is just a matter of mins .. but if u still want to try then download xp iso and google how to make bootable pen drive

Download the ISO from a torrent or create a copy of an XP installation disc that is ISO format Then use ISO2USB (Google it) to burn the ISO to a USB flash drive Then you should be able to put the flash drive in any computer and boot from it to install XP I use this method with my 4GB flash drive to reinstall Windows7 every couple of months.
