What the **** is wrong with my PC and what can I do to fix it?

    GFX issues like than can be due to poor drivers, Overheating Videocard, or even bad memory on the videocard, Try updating the Videocard drivers 1st. http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

Video artifacts like those are usually caused by a bad video card, possible with bad video ram. The other possibility is bad video drivers. Update to the latest Catalyst software from AMD and see if that fixes any issues. If you have Catalyst already installed, make sure any overclocking of the video card is turned off, that can cause those types of artifacts too. Even though the PC is 4 days old, the video drivers may be 1/2 to a year old, check for those updates.
