Why does my cursor freeze up?

Razer naga mouse cursor freeze?

  • Just got my razer naga mouse. Installed the latest driver, but still sometimes, the cursor doesnt move but when i tried with another mouse to move, it can. Tried cleaning the sensor with q-tip, went to device manager, disable enable, say its working properly. Tried disabling the network adaptor, run avast full scan, killing most of the processors in task managers. Reinstall the drivers, changing USB ports. Tried on another computer, but i think also have the same problem. Other than the random freezing, the mouse work perfectly well with 5600 DPI. I also update my ATI graphics card. An suggestions? Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

    well just in case here is a link to the driver http://www.razersupport.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=448&nav=0,40 other wise I would try contacting razer for further support. Don't let this mess up let u down. The Naga is a great gaming mouse
