How to update my video card drivers for Vista?

• I tried to play Farcry 2 the other day and when it was loading up it said that my video card drivers were out of date and need to be updated. i didnt think much about it and thought it was just the game sayin that cuz all my other new computer games play fine with the highest detail. Well when i went to play the game it automatically put everything on low detail and the game still ran extremely slow. I had my computer do a windows update and i tried to find the NVIDIA update but i dont know which one to get that will best suit my needs. I also dont know how to find out what my video card driver is. I know its NVIDIA and Vista 32 bit. If it helps any, when i right click on my desktop and go to personalize and then click on display settings it tells me HP w17e Wide LCD Monitor, which i know is just the monitor but then it says next to that, NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430. in the colors tab it says Highest (32 bit) and resolution is set at 1440 by 900 pixels. How can i update it to play that game well with good graphics and no lag?
