Good GPU upgrade for $60?

im looking for a good GPU upgrade from a xfx 9400gt and i know i only have $60 and my friend says i should wait yea but i NEED a upgrade now. fan gave out so kinda glued 2 120 mm fans on a PCI slot cover to cool the thing but i didnt remove the heat sink or anything but do you have any suggestions? ATI or NVIDIA cards. all brands.
