  • I know such questions had been asked, but in fact I installed GTA 4 and it is running in slow motion, awful graphics and it freezes every 2 minutes. So I would really appreciate some professional help. Here is my real question - Does it help to use the disk cleaner tool to help improve my performance and speed even if I have 80 Gb memory (windows vista) with no memory-card ? Please, you do not know how desperate I am. How would you feel knowing you spend good money on some thing which is not working when you could really buy something else or just keep it for a rainy day ? You could try a game booster. Or you could delete other heavy 3d games in your PC. I currently have tons of games in my laptop with a 250gb memory. i got over confident and installed a lot of games such as The Sims 3, CS:Source, Anno 1404: Dawn of Discovery, War craft and many many more including their ISO. But when I installed NBA 2k9, It went very slow and was a hyper lag even i still have 60% free mem. But when i deleted some of them, it is now running smoothly.

Most likely your video card is not powerful enough to run the game. Possibly your RAM and CPU too 80 GB is not your memory. That is your hard drive space (storage) EDIT: We need to know what kind of video card you have now
