I cant get the internet on my samsung tocco lite?

i have tryed to get the internet on my samsung tocco light, but i cant seen to do it. when i got the phone about 4 days ago it was on there, but no it dosen seem to work. There was problems with the pphone, but they seem to be sorted but i dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP !!
