What is error code 504?

"error code :-2147467259 (Unspecified error)" plz help!! its important!!!?

• ok so it started a while ago i downloaded hypercam2 for free from somewhere and then while maplestory was on but minused cuz i had shop open i tried to make a video and then my comp got slow and maplestory just shut down and then when i tried to start it i got this error: "error code :-2147467259 (Unspecified error)" ive updated my drivers like yesterday i went to the intel corperation website and downloaded and installed the most recent drivers. i got direct x not sure if im using it right and um my computer isnt blocking the maplestory program some people said wait for the next patch but its been about 2 or 3 maybe even 4 patches since the last time ive played... but its wierd cuz after it stopped working on my computer it stopped working on my laptop too and gave me the same error and gives me those errors with private servers too... i dont know if hypercam gave me a virus cuz it all started the day i downloaded that stupid hypercam 2 program and ive done a full scan many times or if its my modem if thats possible but im just really pissed off at this game and im getting really stressed over this error code so i hope you have a answer for this...
