Using XP pro, with Cannon flat bed scanner and Photoshop CS3. If you scan multiple images on a flat bed scanner and use photoshop cs3, can an individual jpeg for each picture be achieved.

Yes, any picture you scan (File > Import > scanner name) becomes a new image on Photoshop, that you can save as JPEG (Ctrl+Shift+S or Cmd +Shift+S is the shortcut for Save As).
