Trouble installing the sims3!?

okay, when i bought the sims3 i installed it but could not play it cuz i didn't have the right type of video card. then i tried to uninstall it. but i couldn't so i deleted the sism3 folder and from the control panel. Now i changed my video card and tried to install the sims3. when i insert the disk it used to open automatically now it doesn't so i went to my computer and opened the sims3 folder and clicked on the setup file but it says: the setup has detected that version 1.8.25 of the sims3 is already installed this setup installs an eariler version of the sims3 (1.0.631) you will have to uninstall the previous version to install this version. what do i do? i deleted all the files plz help me....... there is no way to uninstall.....
