Built-In fingerprint reader problems.?
-
Hello there, Yahoo. As the title says, I've a problem with my Fingerprint reader. I think I might have scratched the reader, so it keeps scanning. I removed the Software that used the fingerprint reader, but it still scans. Some people said I could do something in BIOS, but I really need more accurate help. Thank you for now, Dan Brown

Answer:
hum.. it sounds like a software problem. Try to find the last drivers of your Fingerprint reader and install it. You should find it on the website of the manufacturer (HP, IBM, DELL, ...). Anyway, if you wanna check in the BIOS, It should be something like: "TPM Disable/Enable"
