How would you be able to edit information that you have scanned onto your USB and placed the USB into the computer? Is there aways to edit and fix the info. that has been scanned?

Not really. Are you talking about a scan of a text document? It's stored as an image. If you want to convert the image into an actual editable text document, you need an OCR (optical character recognition) program. Computers can't interpret things inside an image. Computers don't have any cognitive functions like that. An OCR utility attempts to bridge that gap and interpret text in images, but the computer still sees images as a bunch of 1s and 0s.
