How can i fix my comp to save pictures from a website because it cant find my picture folder?

  • ok well i was just saving pictures just yesterday, and i could go to google go to images then click on whatever picture and go to ' save picture as '. right well that's what i could do. Now when i go to save a picture i cant. on the left side it has all the folder computer; desktop; recent places; and pictures etc. well they all have there own icon except for my pictures that now has a piece of paper for its icon and i cant open it so i can save the picture there or anything. i don't know if this makes any sense but its the only way i can explain it. i know i have to right click then save picture as, but i cant save a picture anymore. i can open my pictures anywhere else in the computer like from myspace and open pictures and download them, just not from any google or yahoo images. i cant click on a picture and save it in my picture folder anymore. how can i fix this some one please help me!!!

I had the same-o problem with just a piece of paper instead of an icon. Weird. Create a new folder and call it NewPic or something. and download it to there. Usually, the internet pics are saved in a folder called My Pictures in the Document and Settings folder. You probably have doubles in there. Check it. You can also go in the internet options and select a default folder from there as well.
