How to get Incredimail to send/receive?

Help Please! Get rid of "IncrediMail Xe"?BEST ANSWER GETS 10p!?

• I downloaded Incredimail Xe thinking that when I send a message to someone, when they open the message up lilttle butterflies or something will flutter around the message, but that's not what it does. I want to get rid of it, because it's cruddy, and all of my parent's e-mail isn't going into their accounts anymore...its going into the fricking Incredimail! I NEED TO REMOVE IT!!! HELP US PLEASE! We have windows 2000, if that helps...HOW DO I DELETE THE INCREDIMAIL OFF OF MY COMPUTER FOREVER?! PLEASE HELP US! also...how do you give someone 10p?

  Click Start>Control Panel>Add Remove Programs>Find Incredimail, uninstall. Now: All incredimail related files are stored in the Im folder here - Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Im <username> You need to delete the IM folder but remember once it's deleted and removed from the recycle bin you will lose all your emails. Now you can delete the file under Program Files named Incredimail safely. Deleting the file out of program files without uninstalling the programs is not a good idea. Anytime you uninstall a program you are making registry changes and if you make them incorrectly you can cause corruption to files pertaining to that program on your system.
