u ca use the software called ABBY fine reader to edit the doucments ABBYY FineReader 10 Professional Edition the link is http://finereader.abbyy.com/ just copy the softweare adn use it with scanner i have used it number of time i think that it is the best software to edit the OCR duicments u can edit
