I recently had my laptop cleaned ...now my scanner and camera wizard won't scan pictures from the printer?

I need to know why it won't scan a picture from the AIO printer to my pc. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
Answer:

Make sure neither are plugged into your laptop. Then , re-install the programs that came with your scanner and your camera. Then plug each into your laptop.
