My disk defragmenter won't open. What can I open it?

Where can I get a free download for disk defragmenter (windows xp)?

Somehow my system does not recognize the tool> disk defragmenter. Is there a website where I can redownload this file. HELP PLEASE!!!

disc defrag is start+control panel+performance&maintenance+rearrange items on hard disc

Click start,then run,type in dfrg.msc and see if that will bring it up.You can't download the exact one for windows but there is a great free one at http://www.iobit.com
