Cant scan a paper to my computer?
-
I have an Office jet Pro L7580 - I just started receiving "No Scan Options" when I try to use the scan button on the panel. Also I cannot open the software to HP Solution Center to scan from computer. My client doesn't have a fax, so that option is out the window. Help? If not, I'll just re-type my memo.

Answer:
If you installed the software correctly, go in control panel and click on Scanners and Cameras. You will see the HP icon there. Click it to activate the scanner. You can scan from this application. You can't just press the scan button because it won't work unless HP Solution center is loaded or the driver loaded from Scanners and Cameras. Go in START meu and look in HP folder. The HP solution center should be there.
