How do I copy and paste an email to my documents?

Copy and paste problems on word doc.?

  • I have Microsoft works word processor and I can copy things from it, but I can not paste what I copy into anything (other documents, email, etc.) also when I try to paste something into the document it says there is an error and I have to go to 'File, Paste special, Un formatted text' which is time consuming and doesn't always work. when I try to paste something from the document into my email it shuts down my whole internet and x's out of all my tabs. Is there something I can do to fix it? it's been like this for almost a year.

    Sounds like there's an incompatibility issue between the operating system and Works. Something may have been corrupted or a operating system update patch somewhere along the line may have caused problems. I'd try making sure you have the latest patch updates for both the operating system and for Works. That may be all it needs.
